Advantages:

Приехали в Балтийск с одной целью - купаться! Для этого Гостевой дом - идеальная локация - до моря 5 мин, до центрального пляжа - 10 минут. Рядом парк - через парк и на причал - а там водное такси и на косу. В самом доме - огромный плюс, что предусмотрен плед для пляжа. Помимо основной кухни, мини кухня на этаже - 4 шага от комнаты. Хороший санузел и душ, также рядом с комнатой. Помимо этого предусмотрена масса дополнительных удобств - парковка, мангальная зона, баня.
