Эллинг расположен между немецкими домами, на первой линии, панорамное окно смотрит на канал, в котором проходит военно морской парад. В доме есть все для комфортного проживания. На внутридомовой территории есть зона барбекю с мангалом и печкой. Жилая комната расположена на втором этаже. На первом этаже гараж для катера, который можно арендовать. Расстояние от парома и магазина 300 метров. В шаговой доступности музейный комплекс старый люнет, в котором можно послушать интереснейшую историю косы и покушать в кафе. Мы можем организовать трансфер из/в аэропорт или ж/д вокзал, экскурсию по калининградской области, морскую прогулку или рыбалку.
