Комната студия, в центре города, все условия для комфортного проживания есть всё необходимое: постельные принадлежности, посуда, техника, кровать 140х200 с ортопедическим матрацем и раскладной диван, автономное отопление. Есть мангал... И огороженная придомовая территория. Шумные и из двух мужчин компании, с животными не беспокоить.Незаявленных гостей не приводить!!!Семейное проживание приветствуется. От 3 суток 1500р на сутки 2000р. Заявку до трёх суток за неделю. На иные сроки проживания по договорённости. С 1 июня 1500р. Иметь паспорт. (Заезд после 15-00 выезд до 12-00)
